This platform contains digital chronicles for the World Wide Web. Wayback Machine has been live since 2001 and today it includes more than 720 billion websites. Users can just type in the url of the website and interact with older versions, even though the website is no longer active.
Even thought these aren’t downloadable files that you can use to restore your website, you can still how your website looked and copy paste the content that you have created, so that you don’t have to start again from scratches.

To see these older versions of your website, just Wayback Machine and type in the url of the website that you’re interested in.
After that you can see a calendar with the available dates that you can access your website.
If you click on the date that is available, it takes you to your website as it was this exact date, so that you may surf around and copy your texts, see the structure or maybe the images.
